Together with CDI Architects and Patrick Rolllins at CBRE, Angler is currently working on McLane Global, a 157,658 sq ft. corporate build out including high end office finishes and high pile storage facility project. Our Interior projects are in demand and expanding, so Angler is very excited to be realizing this one.
Angler is looking forward to constructing six more retail locations for Family Dollar. The new stores are located at MLK, Mesa-Tidwell, Fondren, Imperial Valley, West Gulf Bank and Aldine Mail Route. This will make twelve projects that Angler has built for the national retail chain.
In an ongoing effort to give back to the community, Angler contacted HomeAid Houston to find a project that needed assistance. HomeAid Houston sugggested Agape Development’s transitional housing that was in need of driveways for both their girls home and new boys home in the Third Ward. We are so proud to be able to help out our neighbors and look forward to doing it again!

Last month Anlger completed Telfair West; This beautiful 19,162 sq ft, 3 story, ground up medical office with owner Transwestern and Identity Architects.
Together with East Freeway Properties, LLC, and architects Lane Design Group, Angler is proud to show off the ground up and interior build out completion of this 13,067 sq ft. TSO retail location in East Houston.
January 2017 marks the completion of the 14,040 sq ft retail center located in Missouri City with owners Pari Properties, LLC and architects Doans & Associates, LLC.
Congratulations to Regions Bank and our team for a job well done in Lufkin, TX!!! A demolition/ground up banking facility of approximately 5,000 sq ft. The project duration was reduced from 180 days down to 102 as well as needing to overcome a major issue of removing 9 ft soils at the building pad on a very tight site in downtown Lufkin. Once complete, our build time for this branch was 89 days including demolition. We turned the project over December 1, 2016.
Together with owner Prologis and Powers Brown Architecture, Angler Construction completes this one story shell warehouse building designed to accommodate future high pile storage. Greens Parkway is a 213,218 SF concrete tilt-wall cross-dock facility with typical column spacing of 45′ x 52′ with an ESFR sprinkler system located on the North side of Houston. Completed in March of 2016, Angler was able to complete this project on budget.
