Torrey Hawkins is President and Founder of Angler Construction. Torrey graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He established Angler in 2010 and has since led its remarkable growth journey. Under his leadership, Angler has flourished into a team of over 45 members and achieving corporate growth from $2 million to an impressive $155 million in just 13 years. Torrey’s entrepreneurial spirit and strategic awareness have been instrumental in Angler's success, solidifying its reputation as a leading player in the construction industry.

Jason Atherton has over 20 years of Industrial Construction expertise. In his role, he monitors the production and quality of all work undertaken by Angler, ensuring the highest standards are met. Beyond this, Jason spearheads the development and management of the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Jason actively contributes to the industry's growth as a member of the Lamar Construction Management Advisory Board, the UH College of Business Advisory Board, and the Economic Alliance Port Houston Region.

Michael Reed is Director of Angler Sitework, whose expertise encompasses a disciplined approach to Earthwork, Roofing, and Plumbing trades. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of these critical construction elements, Michael plays a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and coordination of sitework projects at Angler.

With an impressive 35 years of industry experience, Fred Rose has become a leader within Angler Construction. Fred joined Angler in 2017 as a Project Manager and worked his way to the role of Director of Corporate Interiors Construction. In this capacity, he not only oversees the Corporate Interiors Division but also leads the Angler Interior Systems Team, exemplifying his leadership and profound impact on the company's interior construction projects.

Devin Valenta is a dynamic construction professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology from Oklahoma State University. With expertise in both educational construction and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects, Devin joined Angler in 2018, quickly ascending the ranks to become the Director of Vertical Construction. As the Project Manager for Angler's largest vertical project, Port 99, Devin has played a pivotal role in its success. His impressive track record includes overseeing the construction of 4.2 million square feet, highlighting his leadership and impact within Angler's Vertical Construction Division.

Adam Hissong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Technology from Pittsburg State University. With a solid foundation in educational construction and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects, Adam’s professional journey with Angler began in 2018 when he joined as an Assistant Project Manager. Demonstrating exceptional skills and dedication, he quickly climbed the ranks, earning promotion to Senior Project Manager. Currently, he serves as the Project Manager overseeing Angler's largest design-build project, Packwell.

Kyle Henderson graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution. He joined Angler in 2017, starting as an Assistant Project Manager in the Corporate Interiors Division and has since ascended to the role of Project Manager in the Vertical Construction Division. Currently, Kyle oversees the Corpus Christi and San Antonio Divisions of Angler Construction.

Jasper Ybarra graduated from the University of Houton with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has eight years of experience working as an Engineer in the Oil & Gas field. In 2019, Jasper started at Angler in the Interiors and Banking Divisions before transitioning to Vertical Construction.

Chad Forman earned his Bachelor of Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. He joined Angler as a Project Manager for the Vertical Construction team, bringing over two decades of industry expertise, primarily in corporate interiors and business development.

Alex Aitken graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Construction Science and embarked on his professional journey with Angler Construction immediately upon graduation. Kevin Black graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Construction Management, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong foundation to the construction industry. Having gained valuable insights through internships in both residential construction and wastewater facilities construction, Kevin joined Angler in 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager and is now the newest member of the Angler Vertical Construction Team.

Joe Wilkins did a semester long internship with Angler Sitework in 2023, after graduating from Texas A&M in 2024 with his B.S in Construction Science he returned to Angler as an Assistant Project Manager. Joe is a member of the Angler Sitework Team, specializing in site demolition, earthwork, and utilities.

Cheyenne Pellegrin joined the Angler team in 2021 as a receptionist. Quickly demonstrating her organizational skills, Cheyenne was promoted to Project Coordinator. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cheyenne seamlessly integrates her academic pursuits with her professional responsibilities, displaying her dedication to continuous growth and contributing valuable insights to the Angler team.

Carlos Gonzalez earned his Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology from San Jacinto College, where he also took a number of Real Estate Development courses. Carlos’ journey in the construction industry began with a focus on residential development, where he cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of project management. Joining Angler in 2019 as a Superintendent, Carlos' worth ethic quickly led to his promotion to Project Manager within the Corporate Interiors Division.

Brett Dishman, armed with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama, came to Angler with a robust background as a Commercial Broker, accumulating five years of industry experience.
