Reynolds Electric

Angler Construction has completed a 130,400 sq. ft. Office and Warehouse tilt-wall facility at Pinto Business Park in Houston, Tx, on the North Sam Houston Tollway near I-45 North.


A 74k sq ft. demised warehouse and office buildout completed in October 2018.   Owned by Tyndale USA.

Conn's HomePlus Houston Distribution Center

A 656,000 sq ft. warehouse (582k) and office build out (75k) completed in June 2019.   Owned by Liberty Property Trust.

IDI West Little York

A 135,188 sq ft. industrial shell with Houston's first Heidebed Ductilecrete floor slab system.  Completed February 2019. Owned by IDI Logistics, LLC.

DHL Build Out

Angler Construction completed this interior build out with Cushman & Wakefiled in July 2017.  


 Greens Parkway

Together with owner Prologis and Powers Brown Architecture, Angler Construction completes this one story shell warehouse building designed to accommodate future high pile storage.  Greens Parkway is a 213,218 SF concrete tilt-wall cross-dock facility with typical column spacing of 45′ x 52′ with an ESFR sprinkler system located on the North side of Houston.  Completed in March of 2016, Angler was able to complete this project on budget.

Airtex II

Angler Construction has recently completed the shell construction for DCT Airtex II, a 126,000 SF light industrial speculative facility. The facility offers excellent access and direct freeway visibility along Interstate 45 at Airtex Drive in North Houston.

131,200 sq. ft. structural tilt wall facility. 28’ clear Class A Structural Steel System with stacked storefront assemblies at entries, 60mil TPO roof system, expansive truck court, lift stations on detention pond and sanitary lines.

305,000 sq. ft. structural tilt wall facility. 32’ clear Class A Structural Steel System with aluminum canopies at entries. 60mil TPO roof system, 4000 amp underground power to facility.

Building 3 of Rampart Corporate Center is a 132,470 square foot institutional quality tilt wall building, completed in 6 months.

T&L Distributing Design & Build

121,025 sq. ft. building footprint, 28’ clear Class A Structural Steel System with elevator, curtain wall glazing assembly at entry, insulated glass at all windows, dock packages, high pile compliant design and implementation.

Parker Design & Build

60,000 sq. ft. Design Build project. 5-ton crane, 30,000 sq ft of conditioned space with specialty flooring, 20,000 sq ft of distribution area and 10,000 sq ft of office space, computerized HVAC system with VAV controls.

Angler Construction has completed interior build-out of a specialized secure area for FedEx.

Texas Tissue

Angler Construction has completed a 144,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for rolled paper goods in northeast Houston. This build-out was heavy in electric and used for freight distribution.
